Over the period under review, the exports attained the maximum at X tons in 2020; however, from 2021 to 2022, the exports remained at a lower figure.
In value terms, camel meat exports rose significantly to $X in 2022. Over the period under review, exports continue to indicate significant growth. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2018 with an increase of 7,996% against the previous year. The exports peaked in 2022 and are likely to see steady growth in the immediate term.

Oman (X tons), Kuwait (X tons) and Saudi Arabia (X tons) were the main destinations of camel meat exports from Pakistan, together comprising 93% of total exports.
From 2014 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of shipments, amongst the main countries of destination, was attained by Kuwait (with a CAGR of +344.7%), while the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
In value terms, Oman ($X), Kuwait ($X) and Saudi Arabia ($X) constituted the largest markets for camel meat exported from Pakistan worldwide, together comprising 93% of total exports.
In terms of the main countries of destination, Kuwait, with a CAGR of +448.2%, recorded the highest rates of growth with regard to the value of exports, over the period under review, while shipments for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
Export Prices by Country
The average camel meat export price stood at $X per ton in 2022, rising by 2.6% against the previous year. In general, export price indicated a prominent expansion from 2014 to 2022: its price increased at an average annual rate of +11.0% over the last eight-year period. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. In 2022, amid the top suppliers, the countries with the highest prices were Kuwait ($X per ton) and the United Arab Emirates ($X per ton), while the average price for exports to Qatar ($X per ton) and Saudi Arabia ($X per ton) were amongst the lowest.
From 2014 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Kuwait (+23.3%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.
