Vietnam (X tons) was the main destination for chicken meat exports from Pakistan, accounting for a 34% share of total exports. Moreover, chicken meat exports to Vietnam exceeded the volume sent to the second major destination, Hong Kong SAR (X tons), threefold. The third position in this ranking was held by Malaysia (X tons), with a 1.4% share.

The growth pace was the most rapid in 2017 when imports increased by 191% against the previous year. Imports peaked at $X in 2018; however, from 2019 to 2021, imports failed to regain momentum.

In 2021, the United States (X tons) constituted the largest chicken meat supplier to Pakistan, with a 75% share of total imports. Moreover, chicken meat imports from the United States exceeded the figures recorded by the second-largest supplier, Canada (X tons), sixfold. The third position in this ranking was taken by Vietnam (X tons), with a 5.9% share.
