From 2015 to 2022, the growth of the exports remained at a somewhat lower figure.

Saudi Arabia (X units), Tanzania (X units) and Oman (X units) were the main destinations of non-electric industrial furnace exports from Pakistan, together accounting for 67% of total exports.
From 2012 to 2022, the biggest increases were recorded for Oman (with a CAGR of +11.6%), while shipments for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
In value terms, the largest markets for non-electric industrial furnace exported from Pakistan were Tanzania ($X), Australia ($X) and the United Arab Emirates ($X), together comprising 79% of total exports.
Tanzania, with a CAGR of +42.1%, recorded the highest growth rate of the value of exports, among the main countries of destination over the period under review, while shipments for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

The average non-electric industrial furnace export price stood at $X per unit in 2022, which is down by -20.3% against the previous year. Overall, the export price saw a deep reduction. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2018 an increase of 12%. Over the period under review, the average export prices hit record highs at $X per unit in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2022, the export prices failed to regain momentum.
Prices varied noticeably by country of destination: amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was South Sudan ($X per unit), while the average price for exports to Saudi Arabia ($X per unit) was amongst the lowest.

In 2022, approx. X units of non-electric industrial or laboratory furnaces and ovens were imported into Pakistan; shrinking by -33.2% compared with the year before. Overall, imports faced a abrupt slump. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2021 with an increase of 200%. Over the period under review, imports attained the peak figure at X units in 2017; however, from 2018 to 2022, imports remained at a lower figure.
In value terms, non-electric industrial furnace imports reduced slightly to $X in 2022. In general, imports showed a pronounced reduction. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2021 with an increase of 217% against the previous year. Over the period under review, imports hit record highs at $X in 2017; however, from 2018 to 2022, imports stood at a somewhat lower figure.

South Korea (X units), Malaysia (X units) and China (X units) were the main suppliers of non-electric industrial furnace imports to Pakistan, together accounting for 39% of total imports.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of purchases, amongst the main suppliers, was attained by Malaysia (with a CAGR of +31.7%), while imports for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
In value terms, South Korea ($X), France ($X) and Malaysia ($X) were the largest non-electric industrial furnace suppliers to Pakistan, with a combined 41% share of total imports.
