In 2022, imports of salted, dried or smoked meat, and offal into Peru fell notably to X tons, which is down by -24.7% against the previous year. Over the period under review, imports, however, showed a resilient expansion. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2015 when imports increased by 167% against the previous year.
