From 2012 to 2022, the average annual rate of growth in terms of value to Japan totaled -45.3%. Exports to the other major destinations recorded the following average annual rates of exports growth: Malaysia (-47.1% per year) and Pakistan (-42.9% per year).

As a result, imports attained the peak of X tons, and then declined significantly in the following year.

In value terms, glass fibre mat imports dropped dramatically to $X in 2022. Overall, imports, however, showed a buoyant expansion. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2021 when imports increased by 97% against the previous year. As a result, imports reached the peak of $X, and then reduced dramatically in the following year.
