Imports peaked in 2021 and are expected to retain growth in years to come.
In value terms, polyethylene glycol wax imports surged to $X in 2021. Overall, imports saw strong growth. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2016 when imports increased by 87%. Over the period under review, imports attained the maximum in 2021 and are likely to see steady growth in the immediate term.

In 2021, Germany (X tons) constituted the largest supplier of polyethylene glycol wax to Poland, with a 57% share of total imports. Moreover, polyethylene glycol wax imports from Germany exceeded the figures recorded by the second-largest supplier, Lithuania (X tons), twofold.
