Asparagus Market Size in Poland

The Polish asparagus market stood at $X in 2022, standing approx. at the previous year. Overall, consumption, however, posted a significant increase. Over the period under review, the market hit record highs in 2022 and is expected to retain growth in the immediate term.

Asparagus Production in Poland

In value terms, asparagus production expanded modestly to $X in 2022 estimated in export price. Overall, production, however, posted resilient growth. Germany (X tons), the UK (X tons) and Ukraine (X tons) were the main destinations of asparagus exports from Poland, together comprising 68% of total exports. France, Denmark, Sweden, the Czech Republic and the Netherlands lagged somewhat behind, together comprising a further 25%.
