Keyboards Market Size in Poland

In 2022, after two years of growth, there was significant decline in the Polish keyboards market, when its value decreased by -13.5% to $X. In general, the total consumption indicated temperate growth from 2012 to 2022: its value increased at an average annual rate of +2.6% over the last decade. The total import volume increased at an average annual rate of +2.3% over the period from 2012 to 2022; however, the trend pattern indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2013 when imports increased by 30% against the previous year. Imports peaked at X units in 2021, and then shrank in the following year.

In value terms, keyboards imports fell to $X in 2022. Over the period under review, imports, however, posted resilient growth. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2020 with an increase of 44% against the previous year. Imports peaked at $X in 2021, and then dropped in the following year.

In 2022, China (X units) constituted the largest keyboards supplier to Poland, accounting for a 82% share of total imports. Moreover, keyboards imports from China exceeded the figures recorded by the second-largest supplier, Germany (X units), more than tenfold. The third position in this ranking was held by the Netherlands (X units), with a 5% share.

From 2012 to 2022, the average annual rate of growth in terms of volume from China was relatively modest. The remaining supplying countries recorded the following average annual rates of imports growth: Germany (+13.6% per year) and the Netherlands (+10.8% per year).

In value terms, China ($X) constituted the largest supplier of keyboards to Poland, comprising 70% of total imports. The second position in the ranking was held by Germany ($X), with an 11% share of total imports. It was followed by the Netherlands, with a 5.5% share.
