Germany (X units), the United States (X units) and the Netherlands (X units) were the main destinations of printing press exports from Poland, with a combined 74% share of total exports. Ukraine, China, Russia, Malaysia and India lagged somewhat behind, together accounting for a further 14%.

There were significant differences in the average prices for the major overseas markets. In 2022, amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Russia ($X per unit), while the average price for exports to Malaysia ($X per unit) was amongst the lowest.

In 2022, approx. X units of printing presses were imported into Poland; waning by -18.2% on 2021. In general, imports, however, enjoyed a buoyant increase. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2014 when imports increased by 672% against the previous year. As a result, imports attained the peak of X units. From 2015 to 2022, the growth of imports remained at a somewhat lower figure.

In value terms, printing press imports declined notably to $X in 2022. Overall, imports recorded a perceptible slump. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2020 with an increase of 31%.
