In value terms, non-chicken table egg exports surged to $X in 2021. Overall, exports recorded a sharp shrinkage. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2016 with an increase of 239%. Over the period under review, the exports reached the maximum at $X in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2021, the exports remained at a lower figure.

The Czech Republic (X tons), the Netherlands (X tons) and the UK (X tons) were the main destinations of non-chicken table egg exports from Poland, with a combined 85% share of total exports.

After two years of growth, purchases abroad of table eggs, excluding hen eggs decreased by -99.9% to X kg in 2021. Overall, imports continue to indicate a dramatic downturn. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2019 when imports increased by 10,891%. Over the period under review, imports reached the maximum at X tons in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2021, imports stood at a somewhat lower figure.
In value terms, non-chicken table egg imports dropped rapidly to $X in 2021. In general, imports recorded a sharp decline. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2019 when imports increased by 240,139% against the previous year. Imports peaked at $X in 2017; however, from 2018 to 2021, imports stood at a somewhat lower figure.
