Wheat Market Size in Poland

From 2012 to 2022, the average annual growth rate of value from Ukraine totaled +270.2%. The remaining supplying countries recorded the following average annual rates of imports growth: the Czech Republic (+0.5% per year) and Slovakia (+6.1% per year).

In 2022, the average wheat import price amounted to $X per ton, rising by 11% against the previous year. Overall, the import price showed a relatively flat trend pattern. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2021 when the average import price increased by 32%. Over the period under review, average import prices reached the maximum in 2022 and is expected to retain growth in years to come.
