Wood kitchenware and tableware imports into Portugal amounted to X tons in 2021, growing by 5.8% on the previous year's figure. In general, imports recorded buoyant growth. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2014 with an increase of 163%. Imports peaked at X tons in 2019; however, from 2020 to 2021, imports stood at a somewhat lower figure.
In value terms, wood kitchenware and tableware imports amounted to $X in 2021. Over the period under review, imports enjoyed a resilient increase. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2014 when imports increased by 131%. Imports peaked at $X in 2019; however, from 2020 to 2021, imports stood at a somewhat lower figure.
