In value terms, artificial guts imports amounted to $X in 2022. Over the period under review, imports, however, saw a noticeable reduction. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2021 when imports increased by 19%. Imports peaked at $X in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2022, imports stood at a somewhat lower figure.

In 2022, the Czech Republic (X tons) constituted the largest supplier of artificial guts to Romania, with a 82% share of total imports.
