From 2014 to 2022, the growth of the exports remained at a lower figure.

After three years of growth, supplies from abroad of vaccines for human medicine decreased by -32.6% to X tons in 2022. Over the period under review, imports, however, showed a strong increase. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2021 with an increase of 173%. As a result, imports attained the peak of X tons, and then shrank rapidly in the following year.

In value terms, vaccine imports shrank dramatically to $X in 2022. In general, imports, however, enjoyed a significant expansion. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2021 when imports increased by 481% against the previous year. As a result, imports attained the peak of $X, and then fell markedly in the following year.
