From 2012 to 2021, the average annual growth rate of value to Kazakhstan amounted to -6.3%. Exports to the other major destinations recorded the following average annual rates of exports growth: Belarus (+21.4% per year) and Moldova (+27.8% per year).

In 2021, the average agricultural self-loading trailer export price amounted to $X per unit, remaining constant against the previous year. Over the period under review, the export price, however, recorded a perceptible reduction. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2018 an increase of 46% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the average export prices hit record highs at $X per unit in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2021, the export prices remained at a lower figure.
Prices varied noticeably by country of destination: amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Kazakhstan ($X per unit), while the average price for exports to Moldova ($X per unit) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2021, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Kazakhstan (-1.3%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced a decline.

Imports into the Russian Federation
In 2021, supplies from abroad of self-loading or self-unloading trailers for agricultural purposes was finally on the rise to reach X units for the first time since 2017, thus ending a three-year declining trend. Overall, imports, however, saw a perceptible contraction. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2013 when imports increased by 56% against the previous year. Over the period under review, imports attained the peak figure at X units in 2017; however, from 2018 to 2021, imports remained at a lower figure.
In value terms, agricultural self-loading trailer imports surged to $X in 2021. In general, imports posted a slight expansion. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2017 when imports increased by 67% against the previous year. Imports peaked at $X in 2013; however, from 2014 to 2021, imports remained at a lower figure.
Imports by Country
In 2021, Belarus (X units) constituted the largest agricultural self-loading trailer supplier to Russia, with a 57% share of total imports. Moreover, agricultural self-loading trailer imports from Belarus exceeded the figures recorded by the second-largest supplier, Germany (X units), fourfold. The third position in this ranking was held by Kazakhstan (X units), with an 8.7% share.
From 2012 to 2021, the average annual rate of growth in terms of volume from Belarus stood at +4.6%. The remaining supplying countries recorded the following average annual rates of imports growth: Germany (-3.2% per year) and Kazakhstan (+21.3% per year).
In value terms, the largest agricultural self-loading trailer suppliers to Russia were Germany ($X), Belarus ($X) and the United States ($X), together accounting for 75% of total imports. These countries were followed by Lithuania, Canada, Poland and Kazakhstan, which together accounted for a further 15%.
In terms of the main suppliers, Lithuania, with a CAGR of +59.1%, recorded the highest rates of growth with regard to the value of imports, over the period under review, while purchases for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
Import Prices by Country
In 2021, the average agricultural self-loading trailer import price amounted to $X per unit, rising by 33% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the import price posted a pronounced increase. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2020 an increase of 48% against the previous year. The import price peaked in 2021 and is likely to continue growth in the near future.
Prices varied noticeably by country of origin: amid the top importers, the country with the highest price was Canada ($X per unit), while the price for Kazakhstan ($X per unit) was amongst the lowest.
