In 2021, the average non-propelled vehicle export price amounted to $X per unit, growing by 22% against the previous year. Overall, the export price, however, continues to indicate a slight curtailment. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2015 an increase of 44%. Over the period under review, the average export prices hit record highs at $X per unit in 2016; however, from 2017 to 2021, the export prices remained at a lower figure.
Prices varied noticeably country of destination: the country with the highest price was the UK ($X per unit), while the average price for exports to Ukraine ($X per unit) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2021, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to the Netherlands (+10.2%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.

Non-propelled vehicle imports into Russia contracted to X units in 2021, reducing by -6.3% against the year before. Overall, imports continue to indicate a deep downturn. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2019 when imports increased by 49% against the previous year. Over the period under review, imports attained the peak figure at X units in 2014; however, from 2015 to 2021, imports stood at a somewhat lower figure.
In value terms, non-propelled vehicle imports skyrocketed to $X in 2021. Over the period under review, imports showed a noticeable contraction. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2019 when imports increased by 40% against the previous year. Imports peaked at $X in 2013; however, from 2014 to 2021, imports stood at a somewhat lower figure.

In 2021, China (X units) constituted the largest supplier of non-propelled vehicle to Russia, accounting for a 88% share of total imports. It was followed by Germany (X units), with a 2.3% share of total imports.
From 2012 to 2021, the average annual growth rate of volume from China amounted to -5.4%. The remaining supplying countries recorded the following average annual rates of imports growth: Germany (-7.1% per year) and Italy (-2.4% per year).
In value terms, China ($X) constituted the largest supplier of non-propelled vehicle to Russia, comprising 63% of total imports. The second position in the ranking was held by Germany ($X), with a 9.8% share of total imports.
From 2012 to 2021, the average annual rate of growth in terms of value from China stood at -2.5%. The remaining supplying countries recorded the following average annual rates of imports growth: Germany (-5.2% per year) and Italy (-6.0% per year).
