The exports peaked at $X in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2021, the exports stood at a somewhat lower figure.

Bahrain (X cubic meters), Sudan (X cubic meters) and the United Arab Emirates (X cubic meters) were the main destinations of exports of wood chips, parts, residues, pellets and other agglomerates from Saudi Arabia, together comprising 75% of total exports. These countries were followed by Egypt, Kuwait, Jordan and Yemen, which together accounted for a further 25%.
