Bahrain (X units), Switzerland (X units) and the United Arab Emirates (X units) were the main destinations of watch exports from Saudi Arabia, together accounting for 74% of total exports. These countries were followed by Hong Kong SAR, Singapore and France, which together accounted for a further 20%.

In 2021, the average watch export price amounted to $X per unit, rising by 271% against the previous year. Overall, the export price posted a significant increase. As a result, the export price reached the peak level and is likely to continue growth in the immediate term.
Prices varied noticeably by country of destination: amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Hong Kong SAR ($X per unit), while the average price for exports to Bahrain ($X per unit) was amongst the lowest.

In 2021, watch imports into Saudi Arabia surged to X units, picking up by 35% compared with 2020 figures. Overall, imports, however, showed a deep reduction. Over the period under review, imports attained the maximum at X units in 2015; however, from 2016 to 2021, imports remained at a lower figure.
