Over the period under review, the exports attained the maximum at X tons in 2018, and then contracted in the following year.

In value terms, bone glue and gelatin exports expanded rapidly to $X in 2019. The total export value increased at an average annual rate of +4.1% from 2012 to 2019; however, the trend pattern indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded in certain years. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2017 with an increase of 21% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the exports attained the maximum in 2019 and are expected to retain growth in the immediate term.
