In 2022, the amount of vaccines for human medicine imported into South Africa contracted notably to X tons, declining by -28.9% against the previous year's figure. Over the period under review, imports, however, continue to indicate measured growth. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2021 when imports increased by 390%.
