The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2013 with an increase of 149%. The volume of export peaked at X tons in 2018; however, from 2019 to 2021, the exports stood at a somewhat lower figure.

In value terms, unroasted decaffeinated coffee exports expanded significantly to $X in 2021. In general, exports enjoyed a remarkable increase. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2013 when exports increased by 165% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the exports attained the peak figure at $X in 2017; however, from 2018 to 2021, the exports stood at a somewhat lower figure.

Vietnam dominates exports structure, reaching X tons, which was near 97% of total exports in 2021. Myanmar (X tons) followed a long way behind the leaders.

In general, imports continue to indicate a pronounced descent. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2016 when imports increased by 154%. The volume of import peaked at X tons in 2018; however, from 2019 to 2021, imports failed to regain momentum.

In value terms, unroasted decaffeinated coffee imports reduced remarkably to $X in 2021. Overall, imports, however, continue to indicate a relatively flat trend pattern. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2016 when imports increased by 141%. The level of import peaked at $X in 2018; however, from 2019 to 2021, imports stood at a somewhat lower figure.
