Exports from Vietnam increased at an average annual rate of +66.6% from 2012 to 2022. At the same time, the Philippines (+69.7%), Indonesia (+65.6%) and Singapore (+9.8%) displayed positive paces of growth. Moreover, the Philippines emerged as the fastest-growing exporter exported in South-Eastern Asia, with a CAGR of +69.7% from 2012-2022. By contrast, Thailand (-2.0%) and Malaysia (-6.5%) illustrated a downward trend over the same period. While the share of Vietnam (+50 p.p.), Indonesia (+11 p.p.) and the Philippines (+4 p.p.) increased significantly in terms of the total exports from 2012-2022, the share of Singapore (-2.5 p.p.), Malaysia (-20.1 p.p.) and Thailand (-42.7 p.p.) displayed negative dynamics.

In value terms, Vietnam ($X) remains the largest electrical signalling apparatus supplier in South-Eastern Asia, comprising 68% of total exports. The second position in the ranking was taken by Singapore ($X), with a 12% share of total exports. It was followed by Thailand, with a 7.2% share.
