In Thailand, electrical insulating fittings exports increased at an average annual rate of +6.7% over the period from 2012-2022. In the other countries, the average annual rates were as follows: Vietnam (+28.1% per year) and Singapore (+9.3% per year).

Over the period under review, imports, however, saw a tangible expansion. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2021 with an increase of 93% against the previous year. As a result, imports reached the peak of X tons, and then declined in the following year.

In value terms, electrical insulating fittings imports declined to $X in 2022. Overall, imports, however, enjoyed a notable increase. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2021 when imports increased by 102%. As a result, imports attained the peak of $X, and then dropped in the following year.
