The shares of the other countries remained relatively stable throughout the analyzed period.

In value terms, the largest hard plastic comb supplying countries in South-Eastern Asia were Thailand ($X), Vietnam ($X) and Malaysia ($X), together accounting for 83% of total exports.

In terms of the main exporting countries, Malaysia, with a CAGR of +21.5%, recorded the highest rates of growth with regard to the value of exports, over the period under review, while shipments for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

In value terms, the Philippines ($X) constitutes the largest market for imported hard rubber or plastic combs in South-Eastern Asia, comprising 56% of total imports. The second position in the ranking was taken by Indonesia ($X), with a 17% share of total imports. It was followed by Thailand, with a 14% share.

In the Philippines, hard plastic comb imports expanded at an average annual rate of +33.1% over the period from 2012-2022. In the other countries, the average annual rates were as follows: Indonesia (-8.0% per year) and Thailand (+1.7% per year).
