Malaysia prevails in exports structure, resulting at X units, which was near 90% of total exports in 2022. It was distantly followed by Myanmar (X units), generating a 5.8% share of total exports. Singapore (X units) followed a long way behind the leaders.

The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2017 when the export price increased by 16% against the previous year. Imports by Country
Indonesia represented the main importer of poultry incubators and brooders in South-Eastern Asia, with the volume of imports resulting at X units, which was approx. 49% of total imports in 2022. Thailand (X units) ranks second in terms of the total imports with a 16% share, followed by the Philippines (14%), Vietnam (12%) and Malaysia (5.6%). Myanmar (X units) followed a long way behind the leaders.
Imports into Indonesia decreased at an average annual rate of -8.4% from 2012 to 2022. At the same time, Vietnam (+15.7%) and Myanmar (+10.4%) displayed positive paces of growth. Moreover, Vietnam emerged as the fastest-growing importer imported in South-Eastern Asia, with a CAGR of +15.7% from 2012-2022. By contrast, the Philippines (-5.7%), Thailand (-6.5%) and Malaysia (-14.0%) illustrated a downward trend over the same period. Vietnam (+10 p.p.), Myanmar (+1.8 p.p.) and the Philippines (+1.7 p.p.) significantly strengthened its position in terms of the total imports, while Malaysia and Indonesia saw its share reduced by -6.8% and -8.6% from 2012 to 2022, respectively. The shares of the other countries remained relatively stable throughout the analyzed period.
In value terms, Indonesia ($X) constitutes the largest market for imported poultry incubators and brooders in South-Eastern Asia, comprising 40% of total imports. The second position in the ranking was taken by the Philippines ($X), with a 17% share of total imports. It was followed by Vietnam, with a 16% share.
In Indonesia, poultry incubator imports declined by an average annual rate of -6.7% over the period from 2012-2022. The remaining importing countries recorded the following average annual rates of imports growth: the Philippines (-0.6% per year) and Vietnam (+17.7% per year).
Import Prices by Country
