In value terms, Thailand ($X) remains the largest salicylic acid supplier in South-Eastern Asia, comprising 51% of total exports. The second position in the ranking was taken by the Philippines ($X), with an 18% share of total exports. It was followed by Indonesia, with a 17% share.

From 2012 to 2021, the share of Malaysia, the Philippines and Indonesia increased by +20, +5.3 and +2.7 percentage points, respectively.
