In value terms, Malaysia ($X) constitutes the largest market for imported wooden particle board in South-Eastern Asia, comprising 53% of total imports. The second position in the ranking was taken by Vietnam ($X), with a 23% share of total imports. It was followed by Cambodia, with an 8% share.
From 2012 to 2021, the average annual growth rate of value in Malaysia amounted to +17.7%. The remaining importing countries recorded the following average annual rates of imports growth: Vietnam (+30.2% per year) and Cambodia (+22.3% per year).
