Curtains imports soared to X square meters in 2022, increasing by 34% against the previous year's figure. Overall, imports saw a remarkable increase. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2019 with an increase of 158%. The volume of import peaked in 2022 and is expected to retain growth in years to come.

In value terms, curtains imports skyrocketed to $X in 2022. In general, imports enjoyed buoyant growth. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2019 with an increase of 102% against the previous year. The level of import peaked in 2022 and is expected to retain growth in the immediate term.

India dominates imports structure, accounting for X square meters, which was approx. 83% of total imports in 2022. It was distantly followed by Nepal (X square meters), making up a 6.1% share of total imports.
