The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2015 when imports increased by 25%. Over the period under review, imports hit record highs at X tons in 2021, and then dropped in the following year.

In value terms, mango and mangosteen imports declined to $X in 2022. Over the period under review, imports, however, showed a remarkable increase. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2013 with an increase of 27% against the previous year. Over the period under review, imports reached the maximum at $X in 2021, and then shrank in the following year.

In 2022, Brazil (X tons) constituted the largest mango and mangosteen supplier to Spain, accounting for a 59% share of total imports.
