Rye Market Size in Spain

The Spanish rye market reduced to $X in 2022, waning by -12.9% against the previous year. In general, consumption, however, posted a modest increase. Over the period under review, the market hit record highs at $X in 2020; however, from 2021 to 2022, consumption stood at a somewhat lower figure.

Russia (X tons), Ukraine (X tons) and Latvia (X tons) were the main suppliers of rye imports to Spain, with a combined 82% share of total imports. France, Poland and Lithuania lagged somewhat behind, together accounting for a further 17%.
