Ginger Market Size in Sweden

In 2022, the Swedish ginger market decreased by -16.2% to $X, falling for the second year in a row after two years of growth. In general, consumption, however, recorded a resilient expansion. Ginger consumption peaked at $X in 2020; however, from 2021 to 2022, consumption remained at a lower figure.

In value terms, ginger exports plummeted to $X in 2022. Over the period under review, exports recorded a relatively flat trend pattern.
