In value terms, television receiver imports dropped notably to $X in 2022. In general, imports, however, continue to indicate a noticeable decline. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2021 when imports increased by 18%. Over the period under review, imports attained the peak figure at $X in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2022, imports stood at a somewhat lower figure.

In 2022, China (X units) constituted the largest television receiver supplier to Switzerland, accounting for a 65% share of total imports. Moreover, television receiver imports from China exceeded the figures recorded by the second-largest supplier, Germany (X units), eightfold. Hungary (X units) ranked third in terms of total imports with a 6.2% share.
