Average prices varied somewhat for the major foreign markets. Imports into Tanzania

In 2022, lead imports into Tanzania skyrocketed to X tons, increasing by 40% against the previous year. Over the period under review, imports, however, continue to indicate a abrupt decrease. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2020 when imports increased by 188%. Imports peaked at X tons in 2015; however, from 2016 to 2022, imports failed to regain momentum.
