For the third year in a row, Tanzania recorded growth in supplies from abroad of watch straps, bands and bracelets, which increased by 105% to X units in 2022. Over the period under review, imports continue to indicate a significant increase. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2020 with an increase of 679% against the previous year. Over the period under review, imports reached the peak figure in 2022 and are expected to retain growth in the immediate term.
