Italy (X units), the United Arab Emirates (X units) and Romania (X units) were the main destinations of exports of non-woven, felt and coated textile garments from Turkey, with a combined 28% share of total exports. These countries were followed by Poland, Germany, Iraq, Spain, Serbia, Algeria, Greece, Austria, the United States and Canada, which together accounted for a further 40%.
From 2012 to 2021, the most notable rate of growth in terms of shipments, amongst the main countries of destination, was attained by Canada (with a CAGR of +193.6%), while the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

Spain, Poland, the United States, Algeria, Austria, Greece, Canada, Serbia, Iraq and the United Arab Emirates lagged somewhat behind, together comprising a further 41%.
Canada, with a CAGR of +157.6%, saw the highest growth rate of the value of exports, among the main countries of destination over the period under review, while shipments for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

In 2021, the average export price for non-woven, felt and coated textile garments amounted to $X per unit, declining by -45.8% against the previous year. Overall, the export price recorded a abrupt decline. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2020 an increase of 114% against the previous year. The export price peaked at $X per unit in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2021, the export prices remained at a lower figure.
There were significant differences in the average prices for the major overseas markets. In 2021, amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was the United States ($X per unit), while the average price for exports to the United Arab Emirates ($X per unit) was amongst the lowest.

Cambodia (X units) ranked third in terms of total imports with a 6.9% share.
From 2012 to 2021, the average annual growth rate of volume from China stood at -12.4%. The remaining supplying countries recorded the following average annual rates of imports growth: the United Arab Emirates (+61.5% per year) and Cambodia (+5.3% per year).
In value terms, China ($X) constituted the largest supplier of non-woven, felt and coated textile garments to Turkey, comprising 39% of total imports. The second position in the ranking was held by Vietnam ($X), with an 8.5% share of total imports. It was followed by Bangladesh, with an 8.1% share.
From 2012 to 2021, the average annual growth rate of value from China amounted to -20.0%. The remaining supplying countries recorded the following average annual rates of imports growth: Vietnam (+14.4% per year) and Bangladesh (+2.3% per year).

The average import price for non-woven, felt and coated textile garments stood at $X per unit in 2021, growing by 16% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the import price, however, saw a drastic downturn. The import price peaked at $X per unit in 2014; however, from 2015 to 2021, import prices remained at a lower figure.
