In value terms, fruit-preparation industrial machinery exports contracted slightly to $X in 2021. In general, exports, however, saw a remarkable increase. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2014 with an increase of 40% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the exports hit record highs at $X in 2019; however, from 2020 to 2021, the exports remained at a lower figure.

Free Zones (X units), Uzbekistan (X units) and Russia (X units) were the main destinations of fruit-preparation industrial machinery exports from Turkey, with a combined 23% share of total exports.

From 2012 to 2021, the biggest increases were recorded for Free Zones (with a CAGR of +48.7%), while shipments for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2017 with an increase of 109% against the previous year.
