Kuwait (X tons), Qatar (X tons) and Iraq (X tons) were the main destinations of preserved turkey exports from Turkey, with a combined 49% share of total exports. These countries were followed by Cyprus, Azerbaijan, the United Arab Emirates, Lebanon, Iran and Russia, which together accounted for a further 46%.

From 2012 to 2021, the biggest increases were recorded for Iran (with a CAGR of +540.2%), while shipments for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
