Germany (X units), Iran (X units) and Russia (X units) were the main destinations of pumps for liquids exports from Turkey, together accounting for 39% of total exports. Belarus, Iraq, Italy, Poland, Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, Tunisia, Kazakhstan and Syrian Arab Republic lagged somewhat behind, together accounting for a further 35%.

The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2018 an increase of 7.2%. The export price peaked at $X per unit in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2022, the export prices failed to regain momentum.

The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on 2022 figures, imports increased by +48.5% against 2019 indices. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2013 when imports increased by 27% against the previous year. Over the period under review, imports hit record highs in 2022 and are expected to retain growth in the immediate term.

In value terms, pumps for liquids imports rose to $X in 2022. The total import value increased at an average annual rate of +5.3% from 2012 to 2022; however, the trend pattern indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded in certain years. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2013 with an increase of 29%. Imports peaked in 2022 and are likely to see gradual growth in years to come.

China (X units), Italy (X units) and France (X units) were the main suppliers of pumps for liquids imports to Turkey, with a combined 82% share of total imports. Serbia, Poland, Germany and Denmark lagged somewhat behind, together accounting for a further 15%.

The average pumps for liquids import price stood at $X per unit in 2022, dropping by -7.8% against the previous year. Overall, the import price continues to indicate a relatively flat trend pattern. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2016 an increase of 23% against the previous year. As a result, import price attained the peak level of $X per unit. From 2017 to 2022, the average import prices remained at a somewhat lower figure.

Prices varied noticeably by country of origin: amid the top importers, the country with the highest price was Denmark ($X per unit), while the price for Serbia ($X per unit) was amongst the lowest.
