From 2012 to 2016, the average annual rate of growth in terms of value to Canada totaled -11.4%. Exports to the other major destinations recorded the following average annual rates of exports growth: Japan (+9.5% per year) and the UK (+23.1% per year).

Imports into the U.S.
In 2016, after two years of growth, there was decline in supplies from abroad of manure spreaders and fertilizer distributors, when their volume decreased by -1.1% to X units. The total import volume increased at an average annual rate of +5.3% over the period from 2012 to 2016; however, the trend pattern indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2014 when imports increased by 23%. Over the period under review, imports attained the peak figure at X units in 2015, and then fell slightly in the following year.
In value terms, manure spreader imports reduced to $X in 2016. The total import value increased at an average annual rate of +4.7% from 2012 to 2016; however, the trend pattern indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded in certain years.
