Tin ores and concentrates imports into the United States skyrocketed to X tons in 2022, with an increase of 167% compared with the previous year. Over the period under review, imports saw a relatively flat trend pattern. As a result, imports reached the peak and are likely to continue growth in the immediate term.
In value terms, tin ores and concentrates imports surged to $X in 2022. In general, imports, however, showed a sharp setback. Imports peaked at $X in 2018; however, from 2019 to 2022, imports remained at a lower figure.
