After two years of growth, overseas shipments of broad beans and horse beans (dry) decreased by -89.5% to X tons in 2022. Overall, exports recorded a abrupt shrinkage. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2020 when exports increased by 597% against the previous year. The exports peaked at X tons in 2021, and then contracted dramatically in the following year.

In value terms, broad bean and horse bean exports dropped markedly to $X in 2022. In general, exports continue to indicate a abrupt descent. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2020 when exports increased by 623%. Over the period under review, the exports attained the maximum at $X in 2021, and then plummeted in the following year.
