In 2021, the average worked flat glass export price amounted to $X per ton, with an increase of 14% against the previous year. In general, the export price, however, recorded a deep contraction. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2017 when the average export price increased by 18%. The export price peaked at $X per ton in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2021, the export prices remained at a lower figure.

Average prices varied noticeably for the major overseas markets. In 2021, amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Russia ($X per ton), while the average price for exports to Poland ($X per ton) was amongst the lowest.

Imports into Ukraine

In 2021, worked flat glass imports into Ukraine skyrocketed to X tons, picking up by 29% compared with 2020. Overall, imports, however, continue to indicate a noticeable curtailment. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2019 with an increase of 29% against the previous year. Over the period under review, imports reached the peak figure at X tons in 2013; however, from 2014 to 2021, imports stood at a somewhat lower figure.
