Oman (X tons), India (X tons) and the United States (X tons) were the main destinations of medical instruments exports from the United Arab Emirates, with a combined 34% share of total exports. Saudi Arabia, China, Tanzania, Pakistan, Iraq, Yemen, Turkey, Sudan, the Netherlands and Iran lagged somewhat behind, together accounting for a further 40%.

The second position in the ranking was taken by Oman ($X), with an 11% share of total exports. It was followed by the United States, with a 4.7% share.
From 2012 to 2022, the average annual rate of growth in terms of value to Saudi Arabia stood at +11.6%. Exports to the other major destinations recorded the following average annual rates of exports growth: Oman (+12.1% per year) and the United States (+8.4% per year).

Germany, India, the Netherlands, Ireland, Japan, the UK, Italy, Pakistan, Serbia and Costa Rica lagged somewhat behind, together comprising a further 33%.

From 2012 to 2022, the average annual rate of growth in terms of value from the United States totaled +1.6%. The remaining supplying countries recorded the following average annual rates of imports growth: Mexico (+11.8% per year) and Germany (-7.5% per year).
