As a result, the exports reached the peak of $X, and then dropped dramatically in the following year.

Poland, the Philippines, Spain, Nigeria, the United States, the Netherlands, Colombia, Hungary, South Korea and Italy lagged somewhat behind, together comprising a further 43%.

In value terms, non-wheat flour imports skyrocketed to $X in 2021. Overall, imports, however, enjoyed prominent growth. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2018 with an increase of 45% against the previous year. Over the period under review, imports reached the peak figure in 2021 and are likely to see steady growth in the near future.

In 2021, Germany (X tons) constituted the largest supplier of non-wheat flour to the UK, accounting for a 29% share of total imports. As a result, import price reached the peak level and is likely to continue growth in the immediate term.
