Lao People's Democratic Republic (X units), the United States (X units) and Brunei Darussalam (X units) were the main destinations of non-electric pulley tackle exports from Vietnam, together accounting for 71% of total exports.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of shipments, amongst the main countries of destination, was attained by Lao People's Democratic Republic (with a CAGR of +98.6%), while the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

The second position in the ranking was taken by Lao People's Democratic Republic ($X), with an 18% share of total exports. It was followed by the United States, with a 17% share.
From 2012 to 2022, the average annual growth rate of value to Russia amounted to +80.6%. Exports to the other major destinations recorded the following average annual rates of exports growth: Lao People's Democratic Republic (+57.7% per year) and the United States (+31.9% per year).

Over the period under review, imports, however, saw prominent growth. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2013 when imports increased by 197% against the previous year. Imports peaked at X units in 2015; however, from 2016 to 2022, imports remained at a lower figure.
In value terms, non-electric pulley tackle imports contracted to $X in 2022. Overall, imports, however, recorded a noticeable increase. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2013 when imports increased by 132% against the previous year. Over the period under review, imports attained the maximum at $X in 2015; however, from 2016 to 2022, imports failed to regain momentum.

China (X units), India (X units) and Malaysia (X units) were the main suppliers of non-electric pulley tackle imports to Vietnam, together comprising 77% of total imports. South Korea, Japan, Ukraine, Singapore, Sweden and the Netherlands lagged somewhat behind, together comprising a further 15%.
