The second position in the ranking was taken by Ghana ($X), with an 8.7% share of total exports. It was followed by Cote d'Ivoire, with a 4.3% share.
In Nigeria, industrial sewing machines (non-automatic) exports shrank by an average annual rate of -6.5% over the period from 2012-2022. The remaining exporting countries recorded the following average annual rates of exports growth: Ghana (+26.5% per year) and Cote d'Ivoire (-0.5% per year).

The shares of the other countries remained relatively stable throughout the analyzed period.
In value terms, Nigeria ($X) constitutes the largest market for imported industrial sewing machines (non-automatic) in Western Africa, comprising 68% of total imports. The second position in the ranking was held by Ghana ($X), with a 19% share of total imports. It was followed by Cote d'Ivoire, with a 3.1% share.
