In value terms, Cote d'Ivoire ($X) emerged as the largest motorised invalid carriage supplier in Western Africa, comprising 75% of total exports. The second position in the ranking was taken by Niger ($X), with a 16% share of total exports. It was followed by Togo, with a 3.6% share.

From 2012 to 2021, the average annual growth rate of value in Cote d'Ivoire stood at +174.7%. In the other countries, the average annual rates were as follows: Niger (-0.5% per year) and Togo (-2.2% per year).

In 2021, the export price in Western Africa amounted to $X per unit, increasing by 32% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the export price showed a resilient expansion. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2018 an increase of 221% against the previous year.
