Cote d'Ivoire (X tons) held the second position in the ranking, distantly followed by Ghana (X tons) and Senegal (X tons). All these countries together held near X% share of total exports. Niger (X tons) and Togo (X tons) held a relatively small share of total exports.

Nigeria was also the fastest-growing in terms of the pesticides exports, with a CAGR of X% from 2012 to 2022. At the same time, Niger (X%) and Cote d'Ivoire (X%) displayed positive paces of growth. Senegal experienced a relatively flat trend pattern. By contrast, Ghana (X%) and Togo (X%) illustrated a downward trend over the same period. In terms of the main exporting countries, Niger, with a CAGR of X%, recorded the highest rates of growth with regard to the value of exports, over the period under review, while shipments for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

In 2022, the export price in Western Africa amounted to $X per ton, with an increase of X% against the previous year. In general, the export price, however, continues to indicate a deep downturn. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2017 an increase of X% against the previous year.
