China represented the major exporting country with an export of around X tons, which finished at 45% of total exports. It was distantly followed by Belgium (X tons), Germany (X tons), South Korea (X tons), India (X tons) and Japan (X tons), together making up a 42% share of total exports. The United States (X tons) followed a long way behind the leaders.

From 2012 to 2021, average annual rates of growth with regard to aromatic polyamines exports from China stood at +2.8%. At the same time, Japan (+3.4%), Belgium (+2.7%), Germany (+2.2%) and India (+2.1%) displayed positive paces of growth. In value terms, China ($X) remains the largest aromatic polyamines supplier worldwide, comprising 45% of global exports. The second position in the ranking was taken by Belgium ($X), with a 9.3% share of global exports. It was followed by India, with a 9.2% share.

In China, aromatic polyamines exports increased at an average annual rate of +4.7% over the period from 2012-2021. The remaining exporting countries recorded the following average annual rates of exports growth: Belgium (+1.0% per year) and India (+5.6% per year).

In value terms, aromatic polyamines imports soared to $X in 2021. Over the period under review, imports showed a relatively flat trend pattern. As a result, imports reached the peak and are likely to continue growth in the immediate term.

Over the period from 2012 to 2021, it increased at an average annual rate of +1.1%. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2018 an increase of 14%. Global import price peaked in 2021 and is expected to retain growth in years to come.
