The shares of the other countries remained relatively stable throughout the analyzed period.
In value terms, the largest vinegar-preserved vegetable importing markets worldwide were the United States ($X), Germany ($X) and the UK ($X), together accounting for 39% of global imports. Canada, the Netherlands, Russia, France, Japan, Australia, Spain, Poland, Romania and South Korea lagged somewhat behind, together accounting for a further 31%.
